soft donut recipe


Ingredients:
300 g wheat flour
1 / 2 bks (5.5 g) instant yeast
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tablespoons margarine
150 ml of warm liquid milk
oil for frying

spread:
100 g dark cooking chocolate, melted
100 g meisjes / brown rice

How to make cake donuts:
-Mix the flour and yeast and stir well.
-Add the eggs and knead until blended maragarin while.
-Pour the milk gradually while knead until completely dull. Round the dough, put in a warm place for    45 minutes until fluffy twice before.
-Kempiskan dough, divide into 12 parts. Round each of the past - shape by hand until the hollow center.
- Place on a baking sheet bersemir oil and let stand for 10 minutes until fluffy.
-Heat oil over low heat a lot. Fry until browned and cooked donuts. Remove, drain and let cool.
-Brush the surface of each donut with melted chocolate. Sprinkle with the chocolate and let stand until hardened. Serve.

Less is more for 12 pieces
