Meatball

ingredients:

Ground beef 1 / 2 kg

3 pcs garlic mashed.

Sago flour 50 grams

Salt to taste. (1 tsp)

Egg white 1 pc



provide:

Hot / boiling a basins

Cold water / ice water a basin



How to make meatballs:

Mix all ingredients until mixed evenly and not stick. using hand and a spoon. Wet hands with water, grab the meat mixture with your hands and grab hold and squeeze out dots meatballs with a spoon and dip it into hot water until the float and then transfer to ice water for 5 minutes. Broth:
