How to Make:
1. Combine potatoes, pumpkins, fish, onions, salt, pepper, egg and 1 egg yolk which has been shaken off, 100 g wheat bread, and celery. Stir well, for 4 parts and form round, then flatten.
2. Dip into beaten egg whites, and roll over the remaining bread flour. Then, store in refrigerator for 2 hours. Fry until brown color. Set aside.
